         Seasoned All-Purpose Dip



Serve this dip with thinly sliced cold bison steak or bison roast. It's also suitable for raw vegetables.

        
       Ingredients

1 cup
1/3 cup
1/4 cup
1/4 cup
1 tbsp
1/2 tsp
1/8 tsp
1/3 cup
mayonnaise (see recipe under STOCKS, SAUCES, AND SPICE MIXES)
chili sauce (see recipe under STOCKS, SAUCES, AND SPICE MIXES)
prepared mustard
chopped onion (green, Vidalia, or Spanish)
horseradish (raw grated or prepared)
dry oregano
ground black pepper
sour cream

       Directions

  • Put all the ingredients into a food processor.
  • Blend briefly to combine.
  • Refrigerate for 4 hours before using.
  • Will keep for days refrigerated.

  • Makes 2 cups.
