         Bison Steak Slices With Seasoned Dip



One of our most popular appetizers is this dip served with cold bison steak or bison roast. It's also suitable for raw vegetables. A great party item, or introduction for any first-timer who just wants to give bison a try.
       Ingredients
2 cups
upto 1 lb
 
seasoned all-purpose dip (see recipe under STOCKS, SAUCES, AND SPICE MIXES)
thinly sliced, previously cooked and chilled bison roast or steak
raw vegetables of choice
       Directions
  • Skewer the previoulsly cooked and sliced bison meat.
  • Serve with your choice of raw vegetables along side.
  • Present on a platter with a bowl of chilled Seasoned Dip.
